Recruitment Trainer
Due to a very successful year my client is in an exciting phase of expansion and now have a great opportunity for an experienced Trainer to join their HR Team. Training and development are at the very core of their expansion plans, so working alongside a supportive and experienced HR Manager, you will be responsible for updating and improving the training needs of both new and existing Recruitment Consultants.
Managing the Consultant’s journey is a priority so the successful candidate will ensure that all new consultants have a positive experience and are welcomed into the business and receive support from day one. You will be helping with the design and creation of the induction plan which will include introduction to the business, systems and how to deliver the best service to the clients.
As well as the inductions you will be tasked with the design and delivery of ongoing training and also management development to allow existing consultants develop within their roles.
Having experience of recruitment and/or training would be a distinct advantage for this role, however they are open to considering individuals with a business background who can demonstrate the enthusiasm and the abilities needed to write and deliver effective training and to be able to influence and gain the buy in and respect of colleagues at all levels. You will of course get full training and support to develop your own skills, and there is plenty of opportunity for future career growth.
