A highly commercial Reward Consultant is required for a 6-month FTC to deliver reward strategy and projects for a growing charity based in County Durham.
The Reward Consultant will provide comprehensive support to key reward initiatives including salary review processes, market benchmarking, functional remuneration and incentive schemes and policy and processes.
This will involve the development of reward and remuneration strategy and subsequent implementation. The project will focus on ensuring that high-quality market analysis based on valid benchmark material regarding the total reward package is available to Executive and Senior Management as required on the overall market position of company pay.

Suitable candidates will have proven operational reward experience gained within a commercial organisation and will have a proven ability to implement innovative reward programmes. Experience of harmonisation of T&Cs and understanding of complexity following TUPE would be advantageous.
