My client, a leading asset management company for the energy sector are looking to grow their HR function due to exceptional growth across the business. They are looking to add to their existing HR team and appoint a HR Advisor to be responsible for 2 sites in the Northwest (Preston & Hull) and 1 in the North East (Sunderland). The role can be based at either Preston or Hull and will require travel across all 3 sites in line with business needs. The successful HR Advisor will be working as part of a visionary, solution focussed and collaborative HR team to provide comprehensive, positive, pragmatic HR advice, support & responsibilities to all employees & assigned business sites.
The business has grown rapidly over the last 18 months due to a number of acquisitions and the HR Advisor will be responsible for supporting the management team to integrate the businesses by developing effective working relationships, enabling the delivery of the HR Delivery Plan and employee engagement.
The HR Advisor will work effectively and positively with employees, promoting understanding, compliance and consistency. Delivering excellence throughout the employment lifecycle and HR systems, procedures & practices including:
A fully generalist role, the HR Advisor will be expected to proactively contribute to delivering and communicating the HR Delivery Plan, so is a brilliant opportunity to have input into how HR supports the business sites. As well as HR administrative and project responsibilities including updating of records, note-taking, report writing and attendance at appropriate meetings.

Salary – £32,000 + benefits +bonus
Full time – Permanent contract
