My client, a highly successful facilities management company with sites across the UK are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their established team initially for a 3-month contract but with the potential to be extended or made permanent. This is an extremely busy and varied role as it will be supporting the Regional HR Advisors in providing efficient HR employee relations support and ensuring the effective delivery of proactive, business focused HR support and advice.
The HR Advisor will be managing employee relations cases across the business units and will support the with recruitment activity.

This role will suit an experienced Officer/Advisor who has worked within a multi-site business dealing with high volume queries and who has well-rounded knowledge of ER casework. The successful candidate will be focussed, highly self-motivated, able to plan, prioritise and multi-task as well as have an eye for detail and excellent stakeholder management.
The office is based Newcastle but will be predominantly home based due to current situation.
Interviews will be taking place W/C 28th September with potential start date of 12th October.
