My client, a market leader in their field are looking to grow their HR team with the appointment of a new HR & People Development Manager. This is a fantastic new role within the structure and will support the Group HR Manager in the delivery of the Group’s HR strategies and to ensure that the business is suitably resourced to meet its ambitious business objectives.
The successful candidate with be integral to the growth plan and look to recruit the best talent and to empower its managers and equip them with the tools needed to succeed. This includes giving Managers ownership from the onset, as they are encouraged to explore new ideas and are provided with the autonomy to thrive.
You will have a strong developmental focus to help build the right teams, processes and reporting to blend high performance with the Group values and culture and this will offer you the unique and exciting opportunity to develop new programmes to deliver the changes.
As the HR and People Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating methods to support the business to deliver their People agenda. You will have significant impact on continuously improving the working environment and building a supportive and inclusive culture through employee engagement and supporting change within the company.
