HR Advisor
Sarah Mckenna HR Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a Newcastle based business in their search for a HR Advisor. In this role you will support the day-to-day activities of the HR function and provide a professional service to all employees across the organisation.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor/Generalist to support the HR Manager in an exciting period of growth. In this role you will deliver training and provide guidance and advice to internal managers on a wide range of HR related queries, best practise and employment law. In addition, you will gain exposure to a range of projects including mental health initiatives and have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the department, gaining excellent experience in an SME organisation.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Have up to date knowledge in UK employment law and HR best practices
- Have a sound knowledge of the processes and procedures involved in HR practice
- Experience of providing advice on a broad range of HR issues including performance management, organisational change, sickness and disciplinary, absence coaching
- Experience providing training to internal stakeholders
My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 along with excellent benefits including 10% pension contributions, 25 days annual leave, as well as a flexible hybrid working scheme.
