My client within the NHS is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to provide an advisory service to all customers across the business on a range of people matters.
The successful candidate will be solution-focused, pro-active and take an evidence-based approach. Providing advice on all aspects of HR including recruitment, discipline, grievance, change management and TUPE as well as building key relationships to support and coach leaders to ensure consistent delivery of HR practices.
In addition, the HR Advisor will lead on people projects/work streams across the business with support from the HR Manager and HR leadership team. They will work in collaboration with the Senior HR Business Partners on driving forward key people initiatives including talent management, performance management and engagement. This will involve coaching and supporting managers to be confident in HR practice by offering effective HR advice and enabling them to manage employee relation issues.

Salary – £30,000 – £37,000
