I am pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with my client within the charity sector to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to be based from their Leeds City Centre office. Reporting into a HR Business Partner and working within a small team you will support over 600 employees with all aspects of employee relations with a focus on absence management.
My client is looking for an experienced Advisor who can hit the ground running and can confidently and competently deal with all absence queries and lead on disciplinary meetings and hearings. Knowledge of TUPE is essential as this will play a large part of the role due to the nature of the business and the various terms and conditions within the organisation and the complexities and challenges this brings.
As well as Employee relations you will also be able to get involved with a number of different projects including policy review and development.
The managers you will be supporting are based around the Yorkshire, Humber and North West region and you will be expected to visit the various sites on a weekly basis. Due to this holding a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Experience gained within the charity, NHS or social care sector would be a distinct advantage.
