My client, a growing, commercial organisation based in Newcastle City Centre are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team for a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave. Supporting the HR Team Leader and HR Manager this position will involve all aspects of HR so will offer the successful candidate a varied and interesting role.
The main focus of the role will be to provide a generalist HR and recruitment service to managers and employees across the business. Experience of dealing with your own ER caseload within a generalist capacity and managing the full recruitment cycle is required, as well as exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
Due to the continuous growth there will be ongoing recruitment across the business for volume and specialist role. Therefore, proven success in utilising social media, online job boards and proactive sourcing to attract high calibre candidates for the business is required.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will be expected to coach and guide managers through absence and capability meetings and provide advice on performance management.

Salary £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience.
CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
