I am pleased to be working on an exclusive basis with my Teesside based client, to recruit a Head of HR to join their senior team, who will support with the organisation’s ambitious growth plans.
This highly successful organisation has been through an exciting time of continuous growth and as a result of this now need the support of a Head of HR to develop the function and to make a real impact on the strategic direction of the business.
Reporting into the CEO the Head of HR will have the autonomy to review all aspects of HR and to suggest and implement innovative improvements and forward-thinking initiatives to make sure HR is delivering a first-class service to the business and its employees.
Key projects will include:
A proven track record of working at a senior HR management level is essential as is the ability to develop tailored HR reporting to inform management and improve business decisions.
It goes without saying that the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels. Coupled with extensive experience of managing employment situations, gained through a progressive career as well as evidence of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and procedures.
This is a newly created role and provides an exciting opportunity to join the business as they continue with their significant plans for growth.
