I tailor every client journey to their unique needs and role, but just so you know what to expect from me, this is how I do it in a nutshell…

Discovery – Going deep into your needs and wants for the right candidate and identifying the things that will really bring you value and help you meet those business goals.

Activate my network – I’ll add to my network by reaching out to new high quality talent, as well as delve into my existing database to identify the right people with promise.

Initial screening commences – I’ll take the hassle out of initial screening with video interviewing, this will identify the right people for your role.

Shortlist – Presenting your finalists. I don’t want to brag, but my clients report that my shortlists are so strong it makes for a difficult decision (a great dilemma to have).

In person interviews – This is your opportunity to get to know your candidates. I’ll coordinate everything of course (including providing all candidates with constructive feedback that they can use in the future).

Finding “the one” – Getting down to the details of negotiations, offers and terms.
