Exciting opportunity has come available for an experienced HR Project Director to join a rapidly growing and ambitious national business based from their Head office in Newcastle. With a number of exciting acquisitions planned in the next 6 months the HR Project Director will be the strategic lead to manage the growth, ensure a smooth integration and to retain the culture across the business. You will be joining at an incredibly exciting time of change and working closely with the CPO you will lead on all HR Activity through a number of acquisitions, as well as some key projects focussing on succession planning, wellbeing and engagement.

My client, a highly successful facilities management company with sites across the UK are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their established team initially for a 3-month contract but with the potential to be extended or made permanent. This is an extremely busy and varied role as it will be supporting the Regional HR Advisors in providing efficient HR employee relations support and ensuring the effective delivery of proactive, business focused HR support and advice. The HR Advisor will be managing employee relations cases across the business units and will support the with recruitment activity.
