I’ve worked in HR for a long time so heard about Sarah through the industry grapevine as she has a great reputation.

My new role is HR Projects Director. I’ll be managing all of the new HR project initiatives in the company involving wellbeing, employee relations and also acquisitions. Due diligence will be a large part of the role, and I’ll be supporting the Chief People Officer.

She does her research, understands the company you’re interviewing for and shares this with you so you know what you’re going into in the interview. She always follows up afterwards and gives you a call to ask your opinion on how it went, even if it’s outside of working hours.

Things are different at the moment, with lots of processes being taken into the virtual world. Sarah kept me informed of how my interviews would be conducted, in this case it was a mix of video and face-to-face due to changing lockdown restrictions.
