Based from their Leeds City Centre office this role will report into a HR Business Partner and will support over 600 employees with all aspects of employee relations with a focus on absence management. My client is ideally looking for an experienced Advisor who can hit the ground running and can confidently and competently deal with all absence queries and lead on disciplinary meetings and hearings.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Officer to work for a national charity in a newly created role. The successful candidate will be required to design and deliver internal and external training across their UK sites, as well as update current training programmes. Relevant experience of working within a similar position is essential as well as previous experience designing and delivering internal and external training. Previous experience within the charity or third sector would be highly advantageous.
